Workshop Overview

If this is your first interaction with Quantico, then chances are you found us online through a search. Organic search marketing requires a mind that’s trained in search semantics (study of meaning in language) and search semiotics (study of signs and processes). Because there is always someone interested in connecting with you and what you offer through the Internet — the planet’s largest community – knowing how to build global connections across audiences and followers is critical to success. By learning the rules of search semantics and semiotics for websites and mobile application content, you are able to create relevant, active conversations between yourself and your audiences.

Takeaway

‘Introduction to Organic Search Marketing’ will train you to write, manage, and align your content for optimal search results by targeting people first, then robots. Creating content optimisation across your websites and mobile applications gives you the power to establish value-driven connections with real communities. You will learn how search engines use artificial intelligence to determine the best organic results for queries, and be able to quickly spot and and avoid negative practices that penalise websites.

Abilities

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to write and configure your website using web-compliant search strategies, and appreciate the marriage between search logic and search intuition to boost your online presence. There are no conditions or pre-requisites for attending this course. You can enrol directly for ‘Introduction to Organic Search Marketing’ as a single standalone workshop, or you can combine this workshop in a pro bundle together with ‘Introduction to Content Marketing’ at a reduced bundle price. You can also combine this workshop with any other workshop offered to create your own hybrid combination (e.g. ‘Introduction to Technical Writing’ with ‘Introduction to Copywriting’).

Customised

We understand that organisations and institutions have unique requirements and particular goals to accomplish. Each of our workshops can be re-designed to meet the particular objectives of your organisation. ‘Introduction to Organic Search Marketing’ follows a standard curriculum for public workshops. Organisations intending to customise this workshop for their own private use, are able to pick from the workshop curriculum and topics, and adapt these to their own requirements. Quantico’s instructors work with organisational training heads and department leads to create a custom version of the workshop for your employee and team needs. Customisation also includes replacing public examples with your own internal case studies, and using these within the workshop framework. Customisation also extends to the number of days required (e.g. 1-day or 2-day workshop) and is commensurate with the number of topics covered and breadth of material requested for the customised workshop.
